Object
This is used to create a new row, modify or
delete an existing row and a VLAN configuration
in this table.
A VLAN can only be activated by setting this
object to `active' by the agent. When it is
`active', the VLAN is being used or referenced
in other system configurations.
A VLAN should only be deleted or taken out of
service, (by setting this object to `destroy' or
`outOfService') if only if it is not referenced
by all associated system configurations.
