This table contains attributes for configuration
and security management of VLANs.  Devices can
configure to have multiple VLANs on an interface.
VLANs on different interfaces of the same VLAN ID
must have the same configuration.  Therefore,
attributes for each conceptual row applies to the
VLANs of the corresponding VLAN ID on all 
interfaces.
