frames being exchanged. This value should be greater 
than vismLapdT200. For PRI, the range is 1000 to 1023000 
and the default is 10000 ms. For GR-303, the range is 
10000 to 300000 ms in increments of 10000 ms. The default 
is 30000 ms.
