serialLineRateVariation

This object indicates line rate variation of
HSSI/X.21/V.35 DCE interfaces in ppm (parts
 per million). i.e.  clock generated from DCE hardware 
interface = (serialLineRate +/- (serialLineRateVariation
			        * 10^6)/ serialLineRate)
              
 This object is supported only by FRSM-HS2/B card
