The row status of each entry in this table.
              
Once the 'cwaInterlockCode' is created, it cannot be
modified. If the management station wants to
assign a different Interlock Code to the same
'cwaCugIndex', the management station must remove
the current entry and then add a new entry with
the same 'cwaCugIndex' and a different 'cwaInterlockCode.
