notification 
This notification is generated when a vsiMasterControllerEntry 
is deleted from the vsiMasterControllerTable.
          
The vsiControllerType object identifies the type and instance
of the entry that was deleted.
          
The agent will not generate this notification if the
vsiControllerTrapEnable object is equal to 'false'.
