notification 
This notification is generated when the ifOperStatus of a vNET
trunk interface changes to the up(1) state. The interface is
identified by ifName varbind. The notification will be
generated for only those interfaces for which the
cvInterfaceVnetTrunkEnabled object has a value of True(1).
