This object indicates whether the set configuration 
is fault tolerant, 'true(1)' indicate fault tolerant
and 'false(2)' non fault tolerant. If the set is
fault tolerant then there can be two groups in this set.  
If the set is non fault tolerant then only one group
can be added in this set.
              
Once the entry is created this object cannot be modified.
