column r/w milliseconds Integer32 
This object identifies the maximum tail.  The object
should be set just higher than the worst round trip delay
anticipated. Convergence times may increase for longer
tails and more resource will be used.
              
Only following discrete values are allowed:
24, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96, 112 and 128.
