This object is applicable only for CAS backhaul applications.
For trunking application it is not applicable.
The value is expresssed in units of milliseconds.
              
From vism2.0.3 release onwards this object can
configured in any application, but will be applicable
only in non-trunking applications and will be ignored
in other applications.
