This object indicates the row in the cdtTemplateTable (defined
by the CISCO-DYNAMIC-TEMPLATE-MIB) describing the derived
configuration for the subscriber session.
              
Observe that the value of cdtTemplateType corresponding to the
referenced row must be 'derived'.
