This object indicates the total number of subscriber sessions
within the 'scope of aggregation' that transitioned to the UP
state since the last discontinuity time.
              
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at
re-initialization of the management system, and at other times
as indicated by the value of csubAggStatsDiscontinuityTime
