column r/w Enumeration 
To add/remove a new entry to the
syslogServerTable, setting to invalid(2) removes
the corresponding entry from the
syslogServerTable. To add a new entry into
syslogServerTable, set this object to valid(1)
for an IP address which is not already in the
table.
