feature is enabled or not. If this feature is
enabled, the active supervisor's layer-2 protocol
state will be synched to the standby supervisor
module, thus maintaining an up-to-date protocol
data on the standby supervisor whenever possible.
          
This object is supported in systems with High
System Availability feature support.
