A value of readWriteAll(4) allows the community
to read and write all objects in the MIB. A
value of readWrite(3) allows the community to
read and write all objects except restricted
items such as community strings, which cannot
be accessed at all. A value of readOnly(2) allows
the community to read all objects except
restricted items. A value of other(1) allows no
access.
