scalar r/w OctetString 
The IP address  or the host name of the tftp/rcp
remote server from (or to) which to copy the file.
If the copy operation  is local on the SNMP agent,
this object is not applicable.
          
The value of this object can not be changed when
the fileCopyResult object has the value of
inProgress(1).
