scalar r/w Enumeration 
The protocol to be used for any remote copy.
If the config file transfer is to occur locally on
the SNMP agent, the method of transfer is left up
to the implementation, and is not restricted to
the protocols above.
          
The value of this object can not be changed when
the fileCopyResult object has the value of
inProgress(1).
