This object controls if the generation of 
ciscoSonetSectionStatusChange, ciscoSonetLineStatusChange, 
ciscoSonetPathStatusChange and ciscoSonetVTStatusChange
notifications is enabled. If the value of this object
is 'true(1)', then all notifications in this MIB are
enabled; otherwise they are disabled.
