column SNMPv2-SMICounter32
This object reflects the total number of
S-Frames that have been transmitted by connection
components on this SAP. This object is
initialized to zero when the SAP is created.
Note - the ratio of the number of I-Frames to
S-Frames might serve as a measure of link
efficiency and, for instance, could be used to
tune the acknowledgement timer.
