This object specifies the PSD mask type for the transceiver. 
For all values of the cSdslShdslLineMaxRate, the symmetric PSD 
masktype is selectable. Asymmetric mask is only selectable for 
the following rates: 776000, 784000, 1552000, 2056000, 2312000.
