This object specifies the minimum acceptable SNR margin.
If the noise margin falls below this level, the STU-C will
retrain. The value for this object must be in multiples of 10. 
	The specified value will be rounded down to the nearest valid 
	tenth dB level if the value is not in multiples of 10.
