operation configured by the Auto SAA L3 MPLS VPN.
              
This object cannot be set to a value which would be a
shorter duration than rttMplsVpnMonCtrlTimeout.
              
The usage of this value in RTT operation is same as
rttMonCtrlAdminFrequency.
