Since this index does not rollover, only the first
rttMonStatisticsAdminNumDistBuckets will be kept.
              
The last rttMonStatisticsAdminNumDistBucket will
contain all entries from its distribution interval
start point to infinity. This object is not applicable 
to http and jitter probes.
