the clearing of such condition. Precisely this has resulted in
rttMonLpdGrpStatsLPDFailOccurred changing value.
When the rttMonLpdGrpStatsLPDFailOccurred is 'false', the
instance value for rttMonLpdGrpStatsLPDFailCause is not valid.
