notification 
When the illegal MAC source address violation is 
detected, the port is partitioned for one minute.  
In addition, this trap notification is generated.
Note: rptrPortGroupIndex, and rptrPortIndex are
   the instances of ciscoRptrPortLastIllegalSrcAddr.
