scalar r/w secondsSNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
Specifies the RADIUS keep-alive interval value. When the
object value of crRadiusKeepAliveEnabled is 'true',
a tracking message is sent to every configured RADIUS
server at the interval of crRadiusKeepAliveInterval to
query the status of the server.
