at which any of this entry's counter experienced a 
discontinuity. If discontinuities have not occurred 
since the last re-initialization of the local 
management subsystem, then this object contains a 
zero value.
              
This object is deprecated for the same reason as
mentioned in cportQosClassEgressStatsTable.
Generic platform independent counters in
CISCO-CLASS-BASED-QOS-MIB should be used
instead of platform dependent objects in this MIB.
