The call history summary table is needed to track 
ended active calls.  This table is needed 
because modem calls are not in CALL-HISTORY-MIB; 
the CISCO-ISDN-MIB objects do not contain information 
about the active calls; and the DIAL-CONTROL_MIB 
is not yet available.
