cOpticalParamAlarmStatus

This object is used to indicate the current status of
the thresholds for the monitored optical parameter
on the interface.
              
If a threshold is currently being exceeded on the
interface, the corresponding bit in this object will be set
to 1. Otherwise, the bit will be set to 0.
