oamLoopbackPingSerialNumber

Object which identifies a unique entry in the
oamLoopbackPingTable.  A management station wishing
to initiate a OAM-loopback operation should use a
pseudo-random value for this object when creating
or modifying an instance of an oamLoopbackPingEntry.
The RowStatus semantics of the oamLoopbackPingEntryStatus
object will prevent access conflicts.
