scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
A control variable used to generate the Top Flows. 
          
Setting this object to 'true' will generate the Top Flows 
and populate the Top Flows report in cnfTopFlowsTable  
unless cnfTopFlowsNextGenActionEffect is supported and the
value of cnfTopFlowsNextGenActionEffect is 'noOp'.
          
Setting this object to 'false' has no effect.
          
When read, this object always returns 'false'.
