This object represents the counter associated with the
number of CDL HEC errors encountered, in the receive
direction.
This object has a valid value only if the medium
type is gigabitEthernet/ tenGigabitEthernet. For all other
media, this object is not applicable.
              
This is a High Capacity (64 bit) version of the 
cmPhyRxHEC counter.
              
This object has been deprecated since a similar object
has been defined in the CISCO-CDL-MIB.
