column r/w CISCO-MGC-MIBCMgcGroupIndex 
This object specifies the MGC group parameters associated
with MGC group index. Those parameters are for the 
communication between this media gateway and the MGCs 
in the group. 
The value of this object is the same as cMgcGrpIndex
of cMgcGrpParamTable.
