An entry in cMTSessionRequestStatsTable represents status
for each request for a particular session.
A single row corresponds to a request sent by a
particular Mediatrace session and is uniquely
identified by cMTSessionNumber, cMTSessionLifeNumber and
cMTBucketNumber.
The created rows are destroyed when the device undergoes
a restart.
