This object indicates the media discontinuity events count for
the traffic flow since the flow monitor started collecting data
for the traffic flow.
              
The value of this column is valid if and only if the
'mediaDiscontinuityCount' bit in the corresponding instance of
cfmMdiMetricsValid is set to '1'.
