notification 
This  notification will be sent whenever WLC detects
its CPU usage is higher than the threshold 
configured in clsSysControllerCpuUsageThreshold, this 
notification is generated with clsSysAlarmSet set to 
true. When its CPU usage falls below the threshold
lately, this notification is generated with 
clsSysAlarmSet set to false.
