This object specifies the availability of Native
VLAN configured through cLReapApNativeVlanId on
this REAP.
              
A value of 'true' indicates that the VLAN configured
as native through cLReapApNativeVlanId is enabled
on the REAP and that the REAP can reach the
controller through the native VLAN.
              
A value of 'false' indicates that the VLAN configured
as native through cLReapApNativeVlanId is disabled
and the REAP can reach the controller through AP 
management VLAN.
