Object
This object specifies the traffic threshold that triggers 'uplinkUsage' based load balancing. When the uplink usage of an AP is above this threshold, this AP is valid for 'uplinkUsage' based load balancing, if load balance is enabled by cLWlanLoadBalancingEnable and 'uplinkUsage' mode is chosen by cLWlanLoadBalancingMode at that WLAN.
