An entry in this table represents a MCS data rate for 802.11n band which is uniquely identified by cld11nMcsDataRateIndex and cld11nMcsBand. All entries are added by the controller at startup. cld11nMcsDataRate are calculated by different permutation of cld11nMcsChannelWidth, cld11nMcsGuardInterval, cld11nMcsModulation etc. Different variables combination can give same data rate.
