This object specifies the Global override option for
beacon measurement requests.
- A value of 'true' indicates that  values populated
through clcrAPIfBeaconEnabled and
clcrAPIfBeaconInterval are considered for sending
beacon measurement requests.
              
- A value of 'false' indicates that the values 
configured through the objects 
clcrdot11bBeaconEnabled, clcrdot11aBeaconEnabled,
clcrdot11bBeaconInterval and clcrdot11aBeaconInterval
take precedence and are used for sending beacon
measurement requests.
