notification 
This notification generates when an AP detects its memory
usage is higher than the threshold configured in 
clsSysApMemoryUsageThreshold, with cLApAlarmSet
set to true. When this AP's memory usage falls below
the threshold lately, this notification is
generated with cLApAlarmSet set to false.
