scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object specifies the ACL Counters status 
if packets are hitting any of the ACLs that are 
configured on the controller. 
A value of 'true' indicates that ACL counter 
is enabled.
A value of 'false' indicates that ACL counter 
is disabled.
