column r/w OctetString 
The ELAN name to  be returned to a configure request
that has specified an ATM   address that matches   the
address/mask pair in this entry.   Note that only ELAN
names  within the  lecsElanConfigTable are  acceptable
values  for this   object.  If  this  object is   left
unspecified at row creation,  then it will take on the
value of  the lecsConfigTblDefaultElanName  from   the
designated configuration table.
