Object
The set of IV zones which form this zoneset. The
IV zones are identified by civrZoneIndex object in the
civrZoneTable.
If a particular bit has a value of '1', then the
corresponding zone is a part of this zoneset. All other
zones have '0' in their positions or not present in the
string.
Note that an IV zone can be part of multiple IV
zonesets.
