scalar deprecated CISCO-ITP-TC-MIBCItpTcTableLoadStatus 
The status of the current load or status from
the prior load operation.  This object will have
a value of loadInProgress while the load operation
is in progress.  The cItpRtConfigLoad contains
a timestamp indicating when the load operation
completed.
