notifications as follows:
'true'  Indicates that the ciscoMlrTableLoad
      notification should be generated when the load
      operations is started or completed.  That is,
      the notification generation is enabled.
'false' Indicates that ciscoMlrTableLoad notification
      generation is disabled.
