The protocol identifier value used for the 'smsMo and 
'smsMt' operations specified by the 
 cmlrRuleParmsOperationType object.
              
The value of the cmlrRuleParmsMatchPid object maps to the 
values specified  for the TP-PID SMS parameter.
                             
This object only applies when the 'pid' bit is
set in the cmlrRuleInputParameters object.
