column r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
When all results in a group are unavailable this
object defines whether to discard packet or to return 
packet to SCCP layer for normal processing.
              
'true'  Packet will be discarded.
              
'false' Packet will be returned to SCCP layer for normal 
        processing.
