This object specifies the video frame rates in the generated
video traffic, in unit of 'frames per 1K seconds' or fpks. For
example, 30000 means 30 frames per second (fps), and 7500 means
7.5 fps. The maximum frame rate is 120 fps or 120000 fpks.
