If cipslaReactThresholdType value is 'consecutive'
this object defines the number of consecutive occurrences
that needs threshold violation before setting
cipslaReactOccurred as true.
If cipslaReactThresholdType value is 'average' this object
defines the number of samples that needs be considered for
calculating average.
This object has no meaning if cipslaReactThresholdType has
value of 'never' and 'immediate'.
